KNN, today went out to dinner... Whoa lau! Met with some other dept guys. So mah stay and makan la, wah KNN, talk talk halfway the fella talk about kena taruh... This one got me so hot man... I straight ask teh fella, you know your dept do what anot? the fella said, manage project mah! I KNNCCB tiu the fella, your farking head manage project. You manage project by cooperating with us! With the looks of things you are fuckin us up the wall rather than cooperating us. Talking about being taruh ah, you think you only kena taruh ah??? KNN, production dont know how to do things come up taruh, when point out it is their mistake, KNN sorry also dont have but cabut like hell.. Then hor, you come and say somethign is wrong and taruh us, KNN, how??? How to work like this??? Your boss like sibeh one kind, somethign wrong come and simply change this and that... You think my dept dont have HOD isssit? Knn, siao ginna.. YOu think you alone kena taruh ah??? Go die eat shit!

Well... Thats basically what I said to the other guy. The reason is none other than pure stupidity and ego boastfulness on their part. Most of the time, we are the ones who got hantam like nobody business. Where is the fairness? Job well done, no one says a thing to us but credits go to those project managers, but when got problems, we are the ones who will get the blame. So where is the cooperation? I dont see any cooperation at all. More like we are the ones who takin all the flak. SOmetimes I do question the need for the other departments. Cos I just dont see the effectiveness, cos they cant carry out any jobs at all. Their reasons was not enough training, but even after trainign they are just to reliant on us to do things for them. If anythign dont go their way, the upper management will be notified and us will be pressured by this. So where is the fairness and equality? I understand the priorities and the need to finish off certain projects by deadline, but it is just ridiculous if you just walk in and demand things. We are in a different department and NO! I dont work under you.

Sometimes, I do really wanna kill off these buggers. Dont know say dont know, simply hantam and then blame us on not teachin them. Come on dude, buck up. My experience with these buggers are really terrible. Somethign which is not our scope also we need to deal with. They go to client's place more than we do, and they should understand things better than us. But no! They dont even understand the fuck on how to fuckin build a platform for machineries! KNNCCB!
